Dinner treat this week was takeout from Venice Italian Kitchen and it was SO delicious! Not every Arlington Place needs to be lined up in the Arlington Pizza Discussions and dissected. (Of course it does! You can dissect away here Arlington Pizza Discussions)
For me, we have a new(ish) place in town and what can we get there? and how was the experience? The food was delicious. The people were friendly. The troops at home were very happy. Win. Win. Win. And…I love to see the thriving small businesses of Arlington succeed and bring us all joy.
Everyone got their pick for dinner. We ordered Cheese Pizza for the littlest one, Chicken Alfredo Pasta for the Ms. Pasta of the household, and the Mediterranean Pizza for … Ms. can’t we have something different? Something vegetable? Something inspired?
The Mediterranean Pizza didn’t hold still long for the photographer. IN contrast to ordering vegetables added to a random pizza in some pizza places, the Mediterranean Pizza felt like a planned composition with the veggies evenly cooked and tasty. We caught a fleeting glimpse of it on the counter before it was devoured.
The Chicken Broccoli Alfredo was creamy and tender.
The food was hot and delicious, who has time for plating skills. 🙂
Of note, they currently have a special that includes a free small Cheese Pizza with your $25 order. So the little one was solidly pizza-ed for a few meals.
On my list to try next time: Chicken Piccata, their Italian subs, and the Hawaiian Pizza. (Haters gonna hate.)
These guys are waiting to see you and make some happy food for you!
Have you eaten there? What will you try? Say hello and order some yummy food!
