2020 was a hard year in so many ways and 2021 will no doubt have its challenges, I am sure.
As we work with clients we realize that whatever the other rhythms are going on in life, people need places to live. And sometimes, they need to change where they live, for many reasons.

We need more space. We are working from home. The kids are home. We are vacationing at home.
Our office meeting this week reported that there were 20% more homes sold in Massachusetts in 2020 than in 2019. People are moving.

I think this is a big relief for many of my clients to hear that “real estate has not tanked”. Real estate did stop for a few weeks, as did most businesses, but then picked up and moved on in the crazy 2020 world.
